Sayla Mass of "Mobile Suit----Gundam" by Sunrise

As the title suggested, will be going on the trip tomorrow so might as well have it uploaded early in order to avoid the rush. The main reason Sayla is featured here is mainly due to the fact that Sunrise will conclude Gundam:The Origin series next year and with the 40th Anniversary approaching after next year, there's a possibility they may remake the original Gundam series to commemorate the anniversary hence the theme of this illustration.Used the reference which has the figurine of Sayla in similar pose and not too happy with her hair when I looked back otherwise I am content nonetheless.

Oh,  wow.  Well,  firstly. Good job on trying.

Secondly (I don't wanna seem like I'm being rude) but the only reason I can tell who this is; is purely because I've been a fan of Mobile Suit Gundam for 15 years. Now that's not to say you aren't on the right track.  I can tell what kind of art style proportions you are working towards,  but truth be told;  you are lacking in your fundamentals. The correct study of your fundamentals is what will keep your figures proportionate to one another.

Being an artist means to be willing to waste paper studying anatomy and learning to mess up.  Not everything  we pencil onto our notebooks is perfect,  but because it isn't perfect is the reason we gotta take time from finished drawings.

(On to the mean sounding stuff)

Looking through your gallery,  your work has been stuck at the same phase for too many years.  You've had minimal artistic growth.  I guess at this point.  The questions to ask yourself is.  'Am I content with inaccuracy and lack of growth?' Or 'Do I want to continue growing in the massive field of visual art.' Your response will of course lead you in the right direction.  Wether it's seeking growth in self studies or continuing as you are.

Anyways.  Have a great day or night!
