The Iron Giant of "The Iron Giant" by Warner Bros. with the original story by Ted Hughes
An art trade with Rei-Sengoku
who originally wanted a Mecha Godzilla but since I have problems getting it right,we settled for the Iron Giant in the end after negotiations.Supposed to have this uploaded last week but forgot about it due to the fact that I have to entertain my relatives from Malaysia so may as well push it to this Friday instead.Referencing this one is a bit tricky as there are animated film and book so I try to play safe by including both.
Looking back,the Iron Giant didn't look bulky enough especially the torso and despite the fact that it is in humanoid form,I still have a bit of trouble nailing it due to the style difference besides accidentally omitted some details.Guess I am more used to drawing robots from Animes so may be this can be considered as the Iron Giant in Anime style,perhaps?
